Experian Credit Bureau Sued by State of Mississippi
The Dispatch article link above details how the entire state of Mississippi is suing Experian for amongst other things, there blatant disregard in confirming accounts belong to individuals before reporting them along with the lack of follow up and follow through when the mistaken account is brought to there attention. It's definitely confirms the idea that someone needs a very strong credit repair system that can sidestep all of these credit bureaus games to get to the root and remove these erroneous accounts.
